  1. Yeah even the local governments on the small scale are corrupt with just the most bizarre things. China is trying to push its regions to be greener. Literally, have plants. Instead of planting plants, they planted rebar. Put cotton on it. Then painted it green. So when the surveyor flew over it looked like there was foliage so the local governments would be rewarded. I use to think the West was the worse. Yet the more I learn about the world, and other places I realize... Humans on a large scale are screwed up, but it would be MUCH worse if the West wasn't dominate. .
