Which is why Lucid is even better! All that tech in a vehicle is a god damn steal! Better than a Plaid! You need a 500k plus dedicated super or hyper car at least to beat the best Lucid Air Sappbire in performance. Except for like breaking. All in a luxury sedan daily driver. I for one wish them the best. The CEO and board however make it so I won't hold my breath. CEO decided to pay himself more than any other CEO at least one year while hemmoraging cash. Stupid.

@themonsterunderyourbed9408 Why? It is the best feature of it. It is the future. No need for mechanical linkages is nice. The feedback system needs to be good. That is what I'm curious about the most. Being able to feel the road is important. I have no doubts it would be safer. Other companies are doing it, but STILL HAVE mechanical linkages which just doubles the complexity, and is stupid. Either go full wire or go mechanical. I just hope they don't nickle and dime people with "optional" updates that give you better steering feedback or something like that. I haven't seen anyone take it offroad yet. Waiting for a rally driver to get their hands on the best version with the Tri Motors. Also they better update it to do 360 turns and crabwalk. Edit - Sorry if I sounded combative. I am actually generally curious on why people are against it.

The glass was actually first developed in the 60s for cars and military I beleive. It didn't work out due to manufacturing or economic issues, and then revisited it with modern techniques. It is pretty interesting. I was just watching a video on something not related, and it touched on gorilla glass on the science they figured out back then. Something about electrons? I cannot remember for the life of me, and I am so mad. It was just like a week ago. Why do I learn things for a day.

No. Go buy one of the quadrillon jeep looking Jeep vehicles that have been produced for a century. Maybe Jeep will sell more, because not everyone cares about the traditional look. Nothing wrong for different models to look different. That goes for every car. Finally they know what is up. A vehicle with appropiate horse power, AND instant torque than those weak ass ICE. 300 miles. Yikes. 2025. America needs to catch up. Can't beleive China is winning.

Screw the dealers. Wish we could get rid of them. We can't and won't. They are responsible for too many jobs. As for Fords EVs? Car makers thought they could just make an EV without giving it anything special outside it is an EV. They need to be better than Tesla. Offer free charging, and make charging networks. It is ridiculous. They have the cash yet they somehow are still stuck in the past. They do have their foot in the door. So I tip my hat. Unlike Toyota who pushed out a terrible vehicle just to shut people up. Think they are going hybrid. God forbid companies go for hydrogen. If hydrogen was going to work it should have been happening NOW. Batteries are just only going to get better. Hydrogen has physical limitations.

Why can't they test with aluminum in Italy, and have to do a dry test? Anyone know? Both kind of glossed over that.
