@loganwilcox4037 Yeah I dont agree with everything the video says. "Man the up bro!". A lot of people generally go to therapy for complex issues that cannot be fixed so easily. Usually something is deeply wrong. Both internal and external. Sometimes with the past, present, and future bothering them. I can't work. I have double organ failure. Yeah it bothers me. Nah, I can't man up. Being sick is a full time job with dialysis, and doctors visit. Not even allowed to drive medically. I need a scooter to grocery shop, because my blood pressure drops below 70 randomly. My advice that I think people forget. Is doctors are people, and not all are good. You need to find one that works for you regardless of profession. I almost died by just going with the first doctors. Then I was saved by finding good ones. So that advice is universal. I can't stress how bad some therapist or doctors can be.
