@MixingGBP Oh for sure. Yeah I just think it is the cost of the power wall that is what really caught me off guard. I had no idea such systems were so expensive and the math seemingly checks out which is just... Crazy. Even if it isn't perfect you still have from what I hear a freaken decent truck that you can use to sell later. Can't really say the same of a power wall! Maybe liquid batteries will become a thing. I know large scale projects are popping up and they seem promising from the required materials to storage capacity - anytime weight isn't an issue like for a home basically. Not sure if people would feel comfortable with super heated materials being around their home though but most are aiming for making them with basically harmless materials where clean up is an issue but won't contaminant your property.
