Algae and Phytoplankton are the best options. They can produce anywhere from 10-300 times more oil per acre depending on what crop you're comparing it too. I don't remember which one is better.   2. Yeah it is an artifical market just as bad as the oil companies themselves. Going green? Hell no. Better for your car? Nope! The irony is the farmers are so hypocritical. Mostly Republican getting subsidize left and right for an artifical, and forced, market that is just accomplishing nothing except forcing us to grow corn when the land could be used for something better. Big lobby and farmers got us.
