Sounds like the hate was deep rooted, and blaming any part Probably best for them not to go back. I mean the government didn't exactly help did they.

@ifarx1 I'm saying sometimes it is best to move, and make a new home where the majority of the people aren't trying to kill you, and the government is either helping directly or indirectly them. (Or turning a blind eye.) The world is a large place. Doesn't have to be a singular country.

@hectorvega3303 The algorithm only shows people what they want, or most popular yes. That hatred was already there. Also sounds like the government, or lack thereof is also a key issue.

@in_tasin Don't put words in my mouth. I never said you had to take them in. You don't speak English as your primary I assume, so I understand. Let me type it again. I said it is better to find a new home when you're old one has the majority of people are trying to kill you. That goes for you, me, and everyone. If you don't have a chance of winning of course. The world is a big place. There are other places to live that aren't yours. Trust me when I say your "home" can change.

As much as I detest much of social media. It should not be held responsible for the actions of people. Unless FB was actively silencing others and promoting it. Then sure . People have the responsibility themselves. Responsibility to filter misinformation, and responsibility to not act on hateful actions.
