  1. Pretty much everyone in the western defense industry and then some like Korea since many countries like Poland are sick of the wait list for American weapons. Ukraine is also a test bed for weapon manufacturers ATM. Most countries are replacing the weapons and ammo they are giving to the Ukraine. Either for updated ones or just outright. It isn't just the arms manufacturers themselves. You have those who supply everything from tools to generators, heaters, clothes, non perishable food and, medicine, and of course war materials. I can't speak for the Russian oligarchs. How the money flows in Russia is way beyond me but there are definitely some profiting off this. I know there are Chinese, North Korean, and Iranian groups smuggling sanctioned goods to Russia. I guarantee you there is a huge black market going on to get high valued items to Russia for a premium. The smaller the item the better.
