  1. I'm more interested in how the Valor is going to shake things up. You have an amazing aircraft that can out run and out range basically all your legacy aircraft. So does that mean there are going to be missions without others? I haven't even seen a concept of what an attack version will look like. I am told will happen eventually unless they decide to make an entirely new aircraft. Hope it goes the Cobra route though! Gut the interior and load it with turrets. Basically a slimmer version with the standard attack helicopter set up.

  2. I would argue Napoleon didn't have an Airforce. I don't want to see WWIII, but I'm real curious what would happen if Ukraine actually had an AF on par with the West. Or like half the amount of modern planes the US has with their training. Something tells me artillery wouldn't have become such a big deal. Also if those behind designing lasers have their way. Standard artillery will be far less useful once powerful, reliable laser defense systems start popping up. It will be real interesting to see the laser versus artillery/missile arms race that will take place in the next one hundred years. Lasers will start shooting down shells. Shells will get armor, or they'll overwhelm laser systems. Lasers will get more powerful to defeat them and have more emitters. Artillery rounds will have thrusters to start maneuvering out of the beam enough time to dissipate heat, etc etc.

  3.  @christianelthorp8601  IMO they should be focusing on being a quick strike force. In and out. Yet not just for amphibious operations. Yet losing the tank to free up money I'm all for. Their gear is outdated hand me downs. Can't even make an amphibious LFV.
