  1. Yes. Our founding fathers would call us stupid for not keeping up with technology or changing times. I believe the law was in place so people didn't dissapear from the government or crown. Getting arrested without anyone knowing. With technology that isn't a concern and media should be held liable for ruining peoples lives.
