@ammitthedevourerofsouls Can't change the past. And you're right. Every country here on earth exists because one group conquered an other. What you're not right is this is happening NOW and for little reason. No one was going to invade Russia and Russia needed absolutely nothing. It is literally the most famous big gun of WWII short of battleship cannons! Most people don't even know it is for AA purposes. It's one hell of a gun and wish I could see it in action. Also using drones as Foward Observers is... Just common sense. One thing I am sick of is this... When we see a squad of Americans rolling up with .50cals pulverized some building we never said "lol derrr that gun is over a century old! Losers!" So why in gods name are we doing it here? Especially when it comes to the tanks - sure they are old AF but they are still heavily armored with at least a 100mm cannon and will ruin your day a mile out while pulverizing your rotten corpse until nothing is left to identify. @diasflac0g It is true we killed a lot of civilians. I just wish "well he did it and you do it"arguments were not so common as they just break down the fact no one should do it. I'd say the US puts more effort into mitigating civilian populations at cost, but I'm not on the ground of either war. We should also get better at punishing those who are a bit too gun ho. I think what bothers me is that there is no clear purpose outside of energy and warm water port. I think it's more Putin trying to leave a legacy of some great leader who made Russia strong, but he cannot admit that is his goal. Fucking if you're going to do something then own it Putin.

@diasflac0g I'm just saying it always destroys the conversation. It always falls into it for every nation, creed, or people. To me it's wasted breath because everyone knows it. No one said the US was better than Russia. You brought it up and now look at the chain. War is brutal and ugly. Civilians are going to die. Hopefully Putin wakes up though as his gambit has spectacularly failed. Everytime Russia has an embarrassing defeat in some areas they launch volleys of dumb munitions at cities and that's like throwing a tantrum.

Uh brilliant? Come on it is common sense... I'm not crapping on Ukraine. Yet even a child could think of hey let's take this thing that can fly and has a camera and use that to aim instead of sending spotters. The things that are inflicting us. Like inflation, are happening world wide. Let us not forget not even Trump himself won't be able to fix it, because it is GLOBAL issue. Trump simply sucked at geopolitics when he was president. There is a reason why Russia and China want Trump in office. Trump is the reason negotiations with Iran and North Korea crumbled. He pulled out of Afghanistan so badly that Biden would have had to resurge troops to get back everything. Worse he made our key alliances weaker! He made America and NATO look weak to Putin, and Putin took advantage of that. Biden is weak himself - I am not defending him. The master debater who lost a debate isn't as good as he thinks. He says Harris doesn't have a plan, but he doesn't have one either. . Let us not even mention the Fed and Congress are the ones who are really in charge of the econom and laws. All the POTUS, and runner ups act like they have control over everything. One day I wish a POTUS or candidate say. "Hey, congress makes the laws. POTUS enforces or executes them".

Hence why they were used as cannon fodder in Bahkmut. Prog has been complaining for a very very very long time. I'm suprised he lasted this long but Putin needed a scape goat after the failures of last year. Russians won't care if PMCs die but they do the conscripts and such. Hence why Wagner was paramount to Putin plans for a victory. I don't know what Prog is going to do. He and his forces need Russia because they are basically world wide terrorists now. Nah remember the lot of them were also prisoners who signed up to get released from prison. If you ever see a red or white armband on a Wagner troop you can almost gaurentee that they are prisoners. Those bands represent the fact they have a disease like HIV and such usually due to IV use which is a big issue in Russia. They were addicts arrested by the state and told they could earn their freedom and pay after I believe a year or two. Hence why they were used as cannon fodder in Bahkmut. Basically unwanted criminals who's death mattered not. Putin couldn't afford an other military loss so Wagner was always used as essentially a way to win and used as a scapegoat if the lost. Afterall can't have conscripts dying in the thousands for little gain as that would not sit right with the Russian people if they kept getting letters of their young boys dying.
