  1. Hasn't the DoD made statements about this too though? Oh man Russia would be dumb to do that. No NATO forces fighting in Ukraine, but doing something like that very well could see NATO bringing air and naval might. Especially against the few ports, ghost fleet, and certain other Russian infrastructure.
