Ever heard of a Crisis Pregnancy Center? They outnumber Planned Parenthood clinics 14:1 and offer all the services you listed and more. Rape accounts for LESS than .5% of abortions according to the Guttmacher Institute. The # for girls who haven't "reached maturity" is undoubtedly FAR lower. Don't use an extremely rare fringe case to try to justify the rule.
