  1. When they say the losers who decide when the war ends, they are deliberately trying to cover the fact that the power of the US to de-escalate is diminishing, because they are losing. It is propaganda's mechanism to say they are winning, the projected winners, the winners. At the current trajectory, the US are projected to lose so they have the interest to start a nuclear war-not the winners which are the other emerging and current global/regional superpowers.
