  2. You were duped, we were duped but the only logical explanation for this is because HIMARS couldn't change the game. Why? Well, obviously because its under maintenance and the operators are taking a vacation. Also, some of them were taking part in the Ukrainian space program but managed to climb a mere 10 meters or so before they landed back on earth.
