@redrolo149 China this China that. They have more engineers than we do, they have more patents than we do, their students are preferring to go to their own universities. They rip off from the Russians, officially. Wonder why the 22 and 35 look so much like the 57 and not from the Chinese planes? Because we rip from the Russians too, unofficially. Our stealth is based on Russian stealth research from the 50's and 60's. We also straight up ripped from the design of their Yak, officially, after we bought the design from them.

@dsan8742 why would they be angry? I just told you our stealth is ripped off from the Russians. The tech itself is overhyped, at least not worth all those bucks. A clue is that our Air force and Navy are still ordering other fighters en-masse. I suspect en-masse they would be equal, even inferior to other fighters in our arsenal. In spite of that, the 35 was a resounding success. Think $$$$.

@PrettyRynyk In spite of population, per capita China still has more engineers as does India. Russia and Iran have more than double.
