  4.  @yegorzakharov8514  lots of examples. Many of them are known as slaughters instead of battles. Maybe thats why its harder to recall. On a grand scale, German troops were on average better trained than the allies. The mortality ratio in ww2 was 2:3 but they lost. They lost the battle of Kursk although suffering less casualties. They lost the battle of Ardennes.

Eventually it will have to acknowledge the natural geopolitical partnership with Russia. This will take much longer than US objectives. According to the Rand report the US want the same for different reasons. Their target is German colonial empire/EU.

  9. You can still take things out of it. Russians say 6,000 vs 80,000 Ukrainian losses. Some say 200,000 Ukrainian losses? Can't remember. I'd assume the Russians are exaggerating. Same with Ukrainians-forgot how much they say. Both are exaggerated and under-exaggerated. Tells you something. Even from the exaggerations, the Ukrainians have lost much more.

  15.  @larskoschin7230  I don't understand that Leopard 2's are cannon fodder? Have they been tested? They most likely have and proven to be vulnerable in the Middle east. In any case the m1abrams, routed to be among the best tanks has prven such.

  16.  @larskoschin7230  good to know. My imprrssion is that NATO have the edge in recon which is crucial. The Russians have advantage in most ground vehicles and electronic warfare. Not sure about air. -in tech terms, not numbers. I'm sure the Leopard 2 is something to trckon with, harkens back to the days of the Tiger 2 in the same arena as well.

  19. Inflation is up 40-60%. They are floating on nato support. The way to ignore this is to fight at the front. Thats a different nightmare.
