@narf0339 Yes, Ukraine has to pay it back but obviously they can't. It will have to be the taxpayer again. We already pay 2x the miltary equipment. The second is for replenishing the stock. We also typically pay 10x what the Russians pay for their counterparts which actually work and work better.

@powderskier5547 You mean paying it back w 20-80% interest? You're confusing China w the IMF which has an office in the Pentagon building. China has been known to cancel its debts with African countries.
