What does that even mean???

@bigboybird846 Most racists tend to be that way since childhood so again this is on the parents not raising him right. They have only themselves to blame.
2
@bigboybird846 Actions has consequences.
1
@bigboybird846 Again, what you do as a kid can follow as an adult. We should be responsible for our actions. If we can hold kids accountable for commiting crimes and sending them to Juvenile detention, we can hold them accountable for being rejected from certain jobs for them not acting like a sensible human being.
1
@bigboybird846 And making excuses for their actions by saying they are “easily manipulated” is a very slippery slope because you can make that excuse for any action they do now.
1
@ And most adults who stupid things as children still find jobs so them struggling is their own fault as well as the parents. Actions has consequences. And most juvenile detention being meant for rehabilitation on paper doesn’t change the fact that criminal record can still stay with them which makes it harder for them to find work as adults. So the same logic applies.
1
@ And then being two different things is irrelevant because it’s holding a child responsible for their actions despite them you believe being “easily manipulated”, you see how you can apply that logic to any bad action a child commits?
1
@ And child safety laws don’t have nothing ti do with pre teens doing stupid things due to bad parenting and bad decisions in their part, and it following them. Actions have consequences.
1
@ And yes they are not developed, but brains not being fully developed isn’t an excuse for a lack of common sense. Plenty of kids aren’t doing dumb stuff like this. So simply blaming it on lack of brain development gets rid of any accountability. That isn’t hard to understand.
1
@ Yeah actually no, Most jobs won’t lol into it and don’t care about the full context. Most employers take a full 10 seconds looking at resumes before putting it down. Those that hire that adult, take them because they simply ignore the past and want good hands. And that’s fine I don’t care. But I also don’t care if employers don’t want to associate with the person for their past either.
1
@ And yes gangs are bad and do manipulate kids, but they still have to be met with punishment for committing a crime regardless. Most kids in high crime areas are not in gangs.
1
@ And child safety laws for kids who commit a crime highly depends on the severity of the crime, and of its a heinous crime they will be met with full sentences.
1
@ And no the parent most of the time isn’t punished for it unless their incompetence directly lead to the child committing a crime. By that logic every parent who had a child committing a crime would be arrested and punished.
1
@ And it’s the same in the effect of a child being held responsible for their actions, the only difference is one is legally the other is socially in life. Actions has consequences.
1
@ And the whether the parents should be punished depends highly if they were incompetent parents or there is something wrong with the child. Like a child with sociopathic tendencies which has nothing to do with parenting.
1
@bigboybird846 Again, they are the same in terms of holding the individual accountable.
1
@ When it’s about racial supremacy that’s when it’s a problem.
1
@ Because freedom of speech, just because it’s legal is an action that has consequences. Freedom of speech only protects you from the law and imprisonment for stating your mind, but it doesn’t protect you what people think of you or employers anting nothing to do with you or associate with you in their company. It’s your freedom to say what you want but it’s the freedom of the people around you to judge you and act accordingly. Which is why you are taught to behave at a young age because this is the adult world, employers do not care if you were a kid, it looks bad business wise and will cost them possible business partners and sponsors when they find out they have people with histories of bigotry. That is reality.
1
@ Many people stay in gangs because of the economic issues that has lack of oppertunitrs yes, I agree and that should be changed, but it doesn’t change the fact if a gang member committed a crime especially a murder regardless if they are a teen or an adult, they need to go to Juvie or prison.
1
@ And I agree the system is an issue, but it doesn’t change the fact actions has consequences.
1
@ Only if the parents were negligent which lead in the action of the child. If there is no direct evidence of the parents being the reason the child did a wrong or criminal act you can’t hold them accountable. Case in point a child with sociopathic tendencies which is a genetic issue despite the parents reading the child right and teaching them good morals but the child still causes trouble with people around them, that isn’t the parent’s fault, especially if they actively took precautions and gave the child the medical treatment needed to suppresses these tendencies. If their child still commits a bad and possibly criminal act you can’t hold the parents responsible for that.
1
@bigboybird846 Socioaths are minors and they are not different as there is no laws that hold sociopaths to any other standard. And sociopaths was just an example even for neurotypical kids if the commit an act that had nothing to do with parental negligence, you can’t hold them responsible.
1
@bigboybird846 And again prison punishes, juvie does too because even with rehabilitation, their freedom is taken away and are confined to a facility for multiple years, that’s punishment no matter how you slice it.
1
@bigboybird846 And it’s not harassment when the child put his racism out there for the world to see. They only have themselves to blame.
1
I mean, it’s a metaphor.
1
@bigboybird846White. There I said it and it didn’t filter out.
