  2.  @jptrainor  We have electrical current delivered to our businesses and homes, dare I say it? At an acceptable cost. Internet technology has become an important tool in Canadian's daily lives. Data is sent through the cabling systems by different providers to our home and businesses at a much higher usage cost per customer. Just have one provincial provider per province supply and maintain Wi-Fi and electrical current at a lower cost and avoid all the overlapping laws and licensing.
