  1. You keep saying that it is a small pickup truck, but it is not! It is the smallest in the current Ford's program, but it is larger than all the Rangers variants, I mean true proper Rangers, not the current one brought from Asia. The base Maverick comes with what? 17-inch wheels? The original Ranger had 14-inch wheels, it sat lower, the bed was lower, and in collisions it was safer for people in the car it would hit into. Modern pickups sit high and smash normal cars, plowing all the way to the windshield.
