@ZettoMedia Who's the authority on what a classic is? A quick search shows anything older than 25, 20 or even 15 years can be a classic. Nationwide Insurance says, "For insurance and registration purposes, the age of a classic car, in most cases, is at least 20 years old but not more than 40 years old." You can attach any other adjective you feel like, whether it is a youngtimer or just a used car or just a bag of nuts and bolts. The point of this video is that should people, who choose to keep their cars longer, abide to the regulations that did not exist when the car was produced? Generally, it is not a problem, because people are happy to throw their old junk away and buy a new car, but if they decide to keep it past 20-25 years, then it may affect air quality, as cars older than 20-25 years old are exempt from emission checks in most countries.
