  2. Cannot have nuclear power until a safe and efficient method of disposing of nuclear waste is developed. Cannot just dump it in the ocean or inject liquid waste underground. At the same time, cannot restart using coal, oil or gas. Solar seems the best for electricity.

  3.  @AB-wq2vy  Solar issue is solved by storing the energy for the night. Not necessarily using chemical batteries, can use super-flywheels or hydro-accumulating plants.

  4.  @AB-wq2vy  With generating and storage solutions becoming decentralized this issue will be less important. Everyone having their own solar panels and batteries will largely solve it for individual homes. Sure, quick-start stations will still be needed just in case, but not that many.
