  1. Im no fan of the french but they do Nuclear very well. They run the old fuel rods till they are near completely depleated, very low level radioactive. Study the reactor incidents since the 1970s and you will find they are far less destructive than the media would have you believe (three mile island and Chernobyl were both caused by not following proceedure and Chernobyl was a 30 year old soviet design with almost no failsafes)
