  2. no, theyve said it outright. they want to ban ALL semi-autos, this is just the second step, the first was to blur the distinction between semi and fully auto weapons in the publics mind (such as when the semi auto was invented it was referred to as an 'auto loader' so the average person in that time called them automatics. as time went on there was a distinction between auto load and auto fire. auto fire became the new definition of automatic (the definition we use today). the gun grabbers want this confusion, so people that dont know guns think of auto fire when they hear semi auto.
