@philpick still by congress's own regulations it is NOT a machine gun as the trigger resets between rounds.

@holdingonforlife1 even bumpstocks arent accurate and eats ammunition, i wouldnt have one but that doesnt change the fact that its not a machine gun.

@philpick no because the trigger resets between rounds on a semi auto, not so on full auto. we are going by congressional definitions here and that clearly states that if the trigger resets its not full auto.

@philpick since when did they "redefine law"? they are an enforcement agency ONLY. Laws are to be made through the congress. This brings up a bigger question, a question of overstepping their authority (would you want the local cops to redefine what speeding is? what burglary is?)

he described the bumpstock perfectly in the Fictional device and why IT wasnt a machine gun. With bump stock you also have to keep pressure on the stock.
