  1. People have started going for gold instead of bonds as the effects are the huge selloff is happening. The reality is that the US economy is performing so low that it needs to borrow more just to sustain the government going off to a shutdown. When the president and the treasury are in denial the people will be the victims. It is better to think individually than to realise before it is too late. Already the demand for gold has skyrocketed. Only time tells now.
