Everyone (but cops) mistaking a gun for a taser and killing someone would have been IMMEDIATELY arrested and charged AT LEAST for manslaughter within few hours.

He was not armed, he was not condemned, and it's not up to cops to punish people.

@arkworthy8594 And it's a fault of the victim if a city burn? The city burns because this "accidents" keep on happening, despite your lofty, idealistic speech.

It's not a question of "could". It's in the bodycam that he was not reaching for anything but just covering his head with his arms whan he had been shot.

@marclang7431 It's not a question of hindsight. What the cops saw is recorded. He was not reaching for anything when he had been shot. He was covering his head with his arms. That's what the cop saw. A guy that was covering his head with his arms, and she shot. Cops are supposed to react to real treats, not to projected ones, nor to administer punishments to people that had not even been condemned.

@marclang7431 Don't mistake your fantasy for what the bodycam show. There's no "armed robber" in the clip. There's not a "fighting" in the clip. There's not a single hit aimed at a cop in the clip. The only armed people in the clip are the cops. You are only seeing what you want to see, and, more worringly, you are equating "no hands up" with "rightly executed" that means that people executed on the spot by the police is what you really want to see.

@marclang7431 It's not up to the cops to decide who's guilty or innocent, nor to administer punishments. What's clear to see is that the suspect is not armed, nor he's trying to reach anything, nor she even tries to hit the cop. That's very clear to see for anyone. Just open your eyes and stop talking nonsense.

@marclang7431 It's enough to have eyes. He's covering his head with his arms and that's all. He's not reaching for anything. The suspect is not armed, nor he's trying to reach anything, nor she even tries to hit the cop. You are only inventing pretended treats.

@arkworthy8594 Since you are devoid of arguments, you resort to attack the interlocutor, I see. Quite a classic for losers. Let me recap the arguments you are unable to answer for you: "He was not armed, he was not condemned, and it's not up to cops to punish people." "It's not a fault of the victim if a city burn The city burn because this "accidents" keep on happening, despite your lofty, idealistic speech.
