After 6 years, it's still not even clear what the MGCS should be. Light, medium or heavy tank? All of them, with different add-on modules? Drone launching platform? For the French the production model is scheduled for 2040 at best and in the meantime the Poles, needing real tanks and not paper ones, allied with the S.Koreans. Combining the know-how of Rheinmetall, Leonardo (that also means OTO-Melara automatic guns) and Saab, they would easily come with something better than a Leo 2 A8, or any possible upgrade of the Leo 2 chassis, in much less time.

Yeah, it's not like half of the navies of the word use Italian (OTO-Melara) guns, or like the German Leo 2 tank is a commercial success.

Not a single Leo2 crew member had been killed yet. Ukrainian army has only lost five out of 71 Leo 2 delivered.

Avanced weapons? 😂 Have you noticed how the Russian wundervaffen in Ukraine proved to be junk? How the Kinzel "hypersonic" missiles are regularly shot down, while the Stormshadow and Himars fly wit absolute impunity? How the T90 are easily blown up by cheap drones?

@aacvieira Awww... you are so cute when you try to change topic... First the problem was the European capacity to build a tank (not like the Russians that since 2014 manufactured, how many T14? A couple of dozens?) now is the ammos the Russians are begging the N. Koreans to supply them.🤣 It only needs to convert a single car factory to manufacture a pair of dozens million artillery rounds/year.
