Even in the case (AND THAT'S NOT THE CASE) the contract had been signed the day before the seizing, Astrazeneca shouldn't have signed it had they not been able to fulfill it.

Seizure is a Police action, not change of property and doesn't need the decision of any court. If Astrazeneca think the seizure is against the law, they can challenge it in court. Criminals don't "threaten to sue or take legal actions". You are stil trying to falsely accuse EU of being a criminal organisation without any legal basis.

That, at worst, means a 1/25.000 mortality rate (if we look at all the doses of Astrazeneca vaccine administered in Italy, it would be less than 1/200.000). The trip by car to the vaccination centre is more dangerous.
