Incendiary weapons are allowed against enemy combatants.

It's evidently not a weapon of mass destruction (it's more accurate than an aerial bomb) and the use of incendiary devices on the frontline is allowed. The use on civilians is already banned. Mind that's simply a substitute for napalm that would be more effective (since it fills trenches and foxholes of burning liquid. Napalm is the end of trench warfare), but requires quantities out of the possibilities of a drone.

No, Russia doesn't have them.

Why?

@DownUnderDigitals "unless they are being used to conceal combatants or other military objectives, or are themselves military objectives." You can burn down any forest if it's used to conceal soldiers.

@doreencardwell8008 Russia ALREADY used incendiary weapons against civilians, one of their many war crimes. Under what rock where you then, jerking while thinking about Putin? Instead rule 85 of the ICRC states that incendiary weapons are allowed against enemy combatants. Protocol III to the "Convention on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons which may be deemed to be Excessively Injurious or to have Indiscriminate Effects" states that the use of incendiary weapons is allowed on forests or other kinds of plant cover when such natural elements are used to cover, conceal or camouflage combatants or other military objectives, or are themselves military objectives. It's a sick mindset to mistake those who follow the rules of war with those that commit war crimes daily. But Russians and their sympathizers are sick by default.

@redrick8900 Don't you know? Licking Kim Jong Un's boots to have some artillery shell makes you a superpower.

@sammiemakki9339 Or YOU don't know how to read, or you are intentionally misquoting. "unless they are being used to conceal combatants or other military objectives, or are themselves military objectives." You can burn down any forest if it's used to conceal enemy soldiers or materials.
