  1. Since UK is breaching international law (It's doing it right now, not implementing its part of the agreemenst it signed), the other part can retaliate according to the very same international law.

  3.  @petroliopetrolatum2597  Yes it is. UK is not checking imports from EU, as it's required by WTO, and is not implementing its part of the NI protocol. "no proceedings" (that the WTO doesn't contemplate, the others can retailate at any moment without any proceeding) doesn't mean "no violation". You should know what you are talking about before writing bogus "Q.E.D.".
