Italy locked down when it had 7375 total cases and 366 deaths. Spain at 6391 cases and 196 deaths. With 5568 recorded cases and 308 deaths, The virus in Sweden seems to be even more lethal that it was in Italy. But that's explained by the fact that Sweden isn't doing many tests, so the number of real cases is probably higher.
