@cplcabs That's BS. Only clearly identified medical personnel can't be hit due to the war conventions. Soldiers dragging away wounded comrades are fair game. Down is not always out. To be considered not a legitimate target a soldier have to fulfill three conditions: 1) injured, 2) unable to defend himself, 3) not trying to escape.
