  2.  @friedrichrubinstein  The "italian court" is not "Italy". Is a civilian court of an indipendent judiciary system deciding on a private lawsuit.

  3.  @seanblack2725  Who says "it's in conflict with with the ICJ ruling"? Who says it' doesn't respect "European law"? Since the case is not in front of the ECJ, The German State itself didn't believe the ruling was in contrast with the European law.
