  1. That's exactly how viruses work. The natural selection in their case favour the milder strains, because those are the ones that have more time to infect new hosts, and so to spread more. A virus that kills rapidly (IE Ebola) will never have a widespread diffusion. The most successful human viruses are those, like the rhinovirus (the virus of common cold), that cause very mild symptoms, or none at all. That doesn't mean that the virus wasn't dangerous. It was VERY dangerous. Simply it's becoming less dangerous.

  3.  @cartoon80s90s  It's not like this that it works. Only an insignificant fraction of the money you spend in a Lidl or in a Ikea go to the country where the company has its headquarters. Almost all goes to the workers, suppliers, bills (water, electricity...) local taxes of the shop, national taxes of the local organization (there are a Lidl Italy, Lidl France, Lidl Spain ecc... that pay their taxes in the respective countries)... Italian Lidl shops are full of Italian products, and Italy is the second largest Ikea products supplier after China.
