We can injure them without retaliation!") before seeing the first smoke bomb. Not even an attempt at charging. Only trying to hold the line standing still.

  3. Riot Police is armed AS AN EXTREME MEASURE, TO DEFEND THE OFFICER'S OWN LIFE. The real strenght of riot police, that allow them to get rid of protesters that are ALWAYS several times their number, is discipline and cohordination.
