In any civilised country on Earth to shoot three times a drunk man that was running away by foot would have been considered a murder.

@ezzyzhoo5139 If the taser is lethal, then why the same cops used it TWICE on a drunk man? Did they want to kill him on the spot?

You can find the clip of a pair of construction workers not having any problem in restraining an enraged cop that assaulted them, without harming him in the slightest, without tasers, handcuffs and guns. The Police should hire them to instruct the cops.

@Nygge1982 Not was shooting, but shot. He didn't hit the cop, because the taser has a max. range of 10ft and the cop was farther, so and you can see the electrodes dragged by the guy running. At that point the taser was less dangerous than a water gun, but he took three bullets in the back anyway.
