Its EIGHT PERCENT, China has threatened what they call the "nuclear option" which is to dump US securities on the open market, and if they do that, Americas allies will simply buy that debt, even today, China is still buying US debt even though they say they are not. China is in a no win financial position and the US remains dominant. Since the financial crash of 2008, the US is 60% richer.
