  4. Brexit didn’t help, we are looking at a long term 4% hit to GDP which is £100 billion. The OBR have been very consistent with that projection since 2016. The main problem with this 2.5% increase (0.3%} is it could all be swallowed up by inflation. 3% is needed now not in 2029. Otherwise inflation and GDP growth slowdown will make it a nothing burger.

  25. +Matt stephens Its a national matter but there are NATO procedures set up if additional forces are required. Even if a crew dont speak english they can make radio contact, if not and they head into UK airspace without making contact the risk of getting shot down is reasonable.
