  20. My guess is the UKR SAM troops are already in training and they were probably working out the technical security implications. This is a current US / Allied system, we cant make these decisions without proper analysis of all implications. Secondly, the US must want to see how these systems work against the latest Russian hardware. Data from Saudi has probabaly proven invaluable, from Ukraine it will be even more so.
