  3.  @killinspecialist1965  I sayed harder not impossible. But looking at a list of citizens and deprting anyone who is not in there and can not provide residency permit or visa is far easyer. Oh wait the USA does not have a list of citizens so it cant. But the USA also has a harder time with construction project than most countries. Its almost like they have an inafective brocricy .
