  1. Yup that is super shady that a BDR exist - AMC needs to be part of the depository certificate creation; please find out who created these BDR's -this is super duper shady and dirty. I have over a decade in investment banking ADR's and BDR's are normal but not without the company issuing the DR's. I cant see AMC doing this and if they did its a good news story and they are making more money - this is super, super shady - please keep digging.
