This dude is a weasel...just checkout all of the CPI's, ISM, and PMI prints and zoom out...he is on the wrong side of a trade and is trying (failing) to protect his clients from panic...if everyone goes down he survives and the grift goes on; if only and his tumble he will be left on the side of the road.
