  1. There is no forecasted short term / near term growth in China right now; literally factories are working 3 days a week due to lack of power (grid down). They will lucky to not go negative - literally she is seeking bag holders....Anyone who would put money in VIE's or any investment vehicles in China deserves to lose everything.
