  1. They dont buy they swap assets - they dont print dollars they print reserve notes used as collateral in repo markets. They are not a real central bank - more like a glorified FINRA or DTCC; the bedrock of market crime. The Fed fund rate is simply the 2 year treasury. The oligarchy these idiots created have destroyed global liquidity.
