  2.  @xCestLaVie1  It's because they dont understand our monetary system. Or how wholesale liquidity is internalized - creating massive problems with overleveraging that is unseen by the lenders credit risk scoring. Combine that with QE that strips the lenders of actual pristine collateral - creating a nightmare scenario where bad bets are underpinned by decaying collateral - as rates slowly tick up.
