It's a grift - literally they are talking out of both sides of their mouth: on one hand oil is getting a massive pump and on the other production globally is slowing / retracting while dollar rises. They pump it up and short it down and use media channels like this that many in the industry own to manipulate you like lemmings. Oil will roll over in a week or so - we are all just waiting for MACD crossing.
