  1. The Fed is a clown car of incompetence; a way to game the system solely to protect the capital of oligarchs. They are the enemy of free market capitalism - not by design but by decades of using the institution of the Fed as a central planning appratus to protect global oligarchs from risk. Rates will go negative before breaking 2 - as most oligarchs rely on equity (longs) as collateral. With rates so low banks cant make money via lending into the real economy and rely on financial engineering schemes to make cash via security lending fraud.
