Not true - his men refused and due to fear of more isolation he doesnt want to use chemical or bio weapons. The structure was built to survive a nuclear war. Plus his eastern operations are a mess, getting picked off as they move west - Kharkiv the Ukrainians discovered ~200mm of russian weapons that were stashed their pre invasion. Also his forces in the east the reconstituted ones who lost in the North are refusing go west. Keep the pressure on this rat until he gets Gaddafi'd. We should move his kids and grandkids to Kyiv to counter act nuclear or bio threats. Also, he will try and spin this as we need to push those forces in Maripoul north to join eastern offensive - good luck with that ;-)
