This is embarrassing there is only one car manufacturer in the US and that is Tesla the others just assemble their shit boxes here. If you not buying Tesla, your not buying American.

@bleacherz7503 Ick that one step above a Lexus and multiple steps below my Model Y.

@bleacherz7503 My Model Y is amazing - its like the first time I got an iPhone; just next level. Actual true agile prod pushes over the air on a bi-weekly basis that improves my car - amazing the ultimate suburban utilitarian vehicle. And camera fed narrow AI is far superior then the spaghetti code nonsense of lidar.

@RussellFineArt bullshit - Tesla is vertically integrate the others just assemble their vics. And this time - no bailouts! When they fail later this year, no bailouts let them die or maybe get acquired by Apple or Google - but no more bailouts for shitty foreign products and union labor; let them fail. Literally Tesla is building the largest domestic factory in the US in Austin adjacent to a local large steel manufacture who is able to expand due the demand of Space X and Tesla - literally building and creating american jobs. While Fords Mach-E is made in the MX and shipped to the US. GM's EV's explode if left in to charge overnight - the only American made Ford is the F series and no shock that is one of the best vehicles on the market. Cybertruck will crack top pickup trucks sold by end of 2023. Tesla just need manufacturing to catch up with demand and close out of the communist state of California.

@bleacherz7503 I live in Frisco TX - they are every where - everyday I see S3XY (all models, including Plaid). I dont really care about EV's honestly I care about utilitarian performance, raw power, safety, and tech. Model Y handles like a sports car, is as heavy as a F150, and has the best tech (light years ahead of what Apple and team provides to legacy auto). Once tapering starts and rates spike legacy auto dies - along with junk bond market - I hope there is no talks of bailouts, but rather they let Apple and Google buy them. I cant wait to pick up my Cybertruck in Austin, hopefully near Q4 this year. One thing folks dont get Musk is a conglomerate - and all his businesses flow together; Starlink is the biggest piece and no one talks about it. Expect his phone to come out next year and eat Apple's lunch.

@bleacherz7503 I live in TX - the factory is up and running - prod will soon meet demand for Model Y. Cybertruck to follow suit Q4 - but honestly you arent smart enough to understand agile product development - let alone where money comes from or monetary / fiscal policy. Progressives and Nationalist are lesser people whose time has come, the second gilded age is about to end starting in March. Taper ends, repo spikes and rate hikes. And thankfully the dipshits in the Senate and Congress will be too divided to stop the bleeding. We will have free markets again - we will crush the central planners and we will annihilate the blue check mark brigade - remember you cant have blue check marks if you have no UI, DB, and platform.
